This IWD, Take Action That Lasts

Rights. Justice. Action. For ALL Women and Girls

In some countries, the annual cost of pads equals the cost of school fees…

Give a menstrual cup this International Women's Day and help eliminate period poverty in Liberia, Ghana, and Uganda.

1 Cup. $7. 10 years of opportunity.

This IWD, the UN theme is "Rights. Justice. Action." Here in Australia, we're balancing the scales. Both require action that lasts, not just words.

This International Women's Day, turn your post into action. Every cup distributed is a girl who stays in school. Every girl who stays in school is a community transformed.

Access. Education. Dignity. It all starts here.

The Problem

Girls across Liberia, Ghana, and Uganda miss up to 50 days of school every year. Not because they don't want to learn. Because they don't have access to safe period care.

When pads cost as much as school fees, educating girls becomes twice as expensive as educating boys. Girls are often left without, forced to use unsafe materials like newspaper or engage in transaction sex for pads. Just to stay in school…

This isn't just an education issue, it's a justice issue. Period poverty is a direct barrier to girls achieving their full potential.

The Solution

One Flowcup. Costs $7. Lasts 10 years. & changes a girl’s life.

When we distribute Flowcups, we don't just hand out products, we provide comprehensive 3-hour training sessions, detailed educational materials, and ongoing support from local team members.

  • Sustainable solutions with long term impact

  • Products that work in all climates & require minimal water to clean

  • Delivered with comprehensive, culturally appropriate education that is always locally led
